Minimum stack height will be 30 meters above the ground and will be attached with the necessary monitoring facilities as per requirement of monitoring of ‘general parameters’ as notified under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986
Self supported / Wire supported Chimney as per the standards:
Material of construction: Mild steel plate lined internally with 3 mm thick Natural hard rubber Suitable for duty condition.
The chimney will be made in 6 pieces having minimum 6 mm thickness. These pieces will be joined at the flanges. The Chimney will be lined internally with 3 mm thick natural hard rubber & painted externally with two coats of heat resistant aluminium paint (2500C). The Chimney will be complete with the following accessories:

The chimney will be connected to the incinerator by an interconnecting mild steel rubber lined duct.

K ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION

Control Panel will be skid mounted type, PLC based. This will be made in 2 mm CRCA sheet and powder coated in Light Grey shade – 631. Tamper proof PLC will be provided for the control of various parameters and operations.
The field wires used will be heat resistant - special type suitable for duty conditions. These are being used in the Mild steel conduits laid on the hot surfaces like primary-secondary chamber etc.
It will be Power & control circuit of all the motor feeders in a non – compartmentalized panel as the no of feeders is very low. The Panel will be very compact thereby avoiding a separate MCC & Control panel. MMI unit will be provided in the panel for displaying temperature indications and alarms. A printer will be provided for recording parameters e.g. Primary-secondary chamber temperature etc.
